Let me tell you a little more about me and why I created The Bikini Confidence Project.
My name is Franzi. I'm the owner of Beach Mum Personal & Group Training and creator of The Bikini Confidence Project.
Growing up, as a teenager and a young woman I've always felt ugly. All I wanted to be was skinny and be able to wear a bikini without feeling like others are saying nasty things about me. I was so self- conscious! I really thought being skinny will make me popular and I'd be the happiest person on this planet.
Over the years I have put my body through a lot. I've overtrained and under-eaten. Usually both at the same time. I've lost weight and put it back on. Just like you, I feel the pressure of having/ wanting to look a certain way. - I even competed in a body sculpting competition!
On the day of the competition I finally learned what I had to learn. - It doesn't matter how skinny, lean and toned you are, if you are not confident, you'll keep looking at everything that is not perfect and you'll be unhappy.
Having worked with hundreds of women over the past 8 years, I have not only been able to help them get fit and lose weight. Through always working on positive mindset, creating an achievable lifestyle and advising on healthy nutrition I've helped them have a completely new outlook on life.
I'm so thrilled to be able to put all my knowledge and experience into The Bikini Confidence Project and help you feel confident and happy in your body too.
